Dr Anoop D’Souza — Advanced Surgical & Restorative Dentist
At Asquith House Dental Practice, we proudly introduce Dr Anoop D’Souza. He is a highly skilled dentist with over four years of dedicated experience and a genuine passion for gentle, expert care.
Surgical & Complex Extractions — Expert Care for Difficult Cases
Dr Anoop specialises in surgical and complex extractions. He handles the challenging cases that many other practices prefer not to treat. One key area of his expertise is wisdom tooth extraction. Wisdom teeth often become impacted, misaligned, or simply lack enough space to emerge properly. When this happens, they can cause persistent pain, swelling, infection, and even damage to neighbouring teeth. These are not simple removals. Instead, they need careful planning, precise surgical technique, and a deep understanding of the bone and tissue structures involved.
If wisdom teeth remain untreated or sit in a difficult position, several problems can develop. These include recurring infection, fluid-filled cysts, damage to nerves or adjacent teeth, and ongoing discomfort that affects eating, sleeping, and daily life. Therefore, Dr Anoop uses detailed imaging and careful assessment to plan every procedure. He ensures that even the most deeply impacted or awkwardly positioned teeth are removed safely, accurately, and with as little discomfort as possible.
Gentle Sedation — Fully Qualified Care for Anxious Patients
Many people feel worried about surgical treatment. That is where Dr Anoop makes a real difference — he holds a specialist qualification in conscious sedation and provides this service right here at our practice.
Sedation is designed to help you feel deeply calm and relaxed throughout your procedure. Importantly, it does not put you to sleep. You remain fully conscious and in control, but all feelings of fear and anxiety fade away. It works perfectly if you feel nervous, have had difficult experiences in the past, or simply want to feel as relaxed as possible during your treatment. Dr Anoop tailors the level of support to your needs. As a result, you will feel safe, heard, and comfortable from start to finish.
Restorative & Aesthetic Dentistry — Beautiful Smiles Under One Roof
Alongside his surgical expertise, Dr Anoop has a special passion for aesthetic and restorative dentistry. He creates natural-looking, beautiful smiles that boost confidence and last a lifetime. Whether you need damaged teeth repaired, your appearance enhanced, or a complete smile refresh, he combines artistic skill with clinical excellence to deliver results you will love.
All these advanced services are available right here. You never need to be referred elsewhere. Surgical extractions, wisdom tooth care, sedation support, and cosmetic improvements — everything under one roof at Asquith House Dental Practice in Lichfield, Staffordshire.
